Getting most votes for more YUP and other token reward should not be the intention for completing tasks. You should complete tasks of a project which you like. However, why not try to earn more tokens, while doing a task of a project which you truly support? If you want to create a task which will be most voted, then there are few things which you should consider:

Answer the question
You should understand the objective for completing a task. It is for answering what the task asks, in order to help or improve the project which the task subjects to.
A task often asks the question in the title, or it is at the end of the task description. The task description is often the extension of the title. It usually describe details of the topic, and it states objectives of the task. It may include evidence, infographics, explanations and facts.
You should read the task fully, and you should try to understand it. You should ask yourself, "what does the task ask?", "what details does the project manager provide?" and "do I have enough knowledge and skills to complete it?"
Research before you commenting
Once you understand the task, you should start to preparing the answer for the question which has been asked in the task.
Please research the topic before you comment. You should make sure the accuracy of the facts, statement and evidence which you will provide. Internet and books can be good places to start your research.
Your mission is to help business by provide your ideas, feedback, solutions and suggestions. If your facts, statement and evidence are false, the business may suffer from your mistake, hence the project which you supported might fail.
Back your opinion with explanation
An explanation is a set of statements usually constructed to describe a set of facts which clarifies the causes, context, and consequences of those facts.
Explanation is a way to uncover new knowledge, and to report relationships among different aspects of studied phenomena. Explanation attempts to answer the "why" and "how" questions.
You should explain your opinion, so the businesses can understand your opinion better. If it makes sense, it might help to improve the business.
Reason is the human capacity for consciously making sense of things, establishing and verifying facts and applying logic based on existing information.
You should utilise the information which you gathered from your research, to connect facts with logic to support your statement.
Evidence will increase the credibility of your statement. You should always provide evidence if you can. This will more likely for the business to chose the idea, solution or suggestion you proposed.
